The contractors guide to insulation installation

This leaflet was prepared for the Master Builders Association. It covers insulation in open rafter roof assembly, insulation in concealed rafter roof assembly, under surface bed and cavity wall insulation and insulation in a non-ventilated roof assembly.

It gives recommended levels of each type of insulation to achieve "deemed-to-satisfy" rule for SANS400XA energy efficiency in roof and ceiling construction across all South African climatic zones.
